职位描述
Responsibilities
A: Human Resources
Provide counseling for leaders regarding human resource strategy, interpersonal issues, management/staff conflicts, benefits claims, personal development and career planning. Take a proactive approach to avoid, reduce or eliminate such problems.
Develop, review and implement HR policies and plans according to company short, medium and long term business goals.
Establish fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefit policies aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
Responsible for all human resources functions, including: compensation and benefits, recruitment, employees organization entry and exit; HR related policies, training and ensure compliance with PRC labor laws and regulations.
Roll out annual performance appraisal project, Management by Objectives program and conduct salary review based on the result along with department managers.
Conduct regular reviews/studies of the labor market, wage trends and changes in labor legislation and make appropriate recommendations.
B: Adminstration
Delivery daily business administrative supports with high quality standards by managing vendors and hands on.
Qualification
BA/BS education background
5 years experience in HR field
Experience in staffing or executive search firms with multinational corporation is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
Ability to multi-task handling in an organized manner with close attention to detail
Strong independent working ability
Good verbal and written in Mandarin and English
Good computer skills Excel, Word and PPT
