Consulting Director 咨询总监(CRM&数据营销,统计分析,数据挖掘)

1. Manages project tasks, timelines and deliverables

2. Manages a large team with director level employees

3. Manages relationships with other business units

4. Develops analytical solutions to client business problems

5. Analyzes and pulls data using SAS, SQL or other languages as required to deliver solutions

6. Leads the implementation of analytical solutions using the following techniques:

- Predictive statistical models

- Marketing/Media mix modeling techniques (or other econometric modeling)

- Integrating media, syndicated research, and customer data to produce budget allocation and marketing mix recommendations

- Matched market test designs

- Break-Even Analysis

7. Presents ideas and findings to clients

8. Participates in the sales process through solution development and responses to RFP's

9. Evaluates internal tools and processes

Skills/Requirements

1. Desired Qualifications:

2. Education: Graduate degree in Statistics or related field required

Job Experience:

1. Experience building media mix modeling, marketing optimization, and building forecasting tools preferable. Experience within, or working with, media buying agencies desirable.

2. Computing Experience: SAS, SQL (recommended)

3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral presentation skills, experienced team player

4. Additional Skills: Strong problem solving, takes initiative
