职位描述
Major Duties and Responsibility
? Visual Merchandising: Develop the VM guidebook for window display, fixture arrangement, and in-store display guideline to OW/OR channels.
? Perform regular store visits to monitor and ensure the VM standard of each store is in line with corporate direction and guideline.
? In store promotion: Different cannel's in-store promotion management.
? Implement regular photo reports from all stores in China and send feedback and advice on improvements.
? Trade Show: OW Cannel's trade shows project arrangement.
? Vendor & Cost Management: Identify suitable external vendors, e.g. printers who can work to the company's standard within the available and lead the vendors in the development, execution and ongoing evaluation of all relevant aspects.
? Annual Channel/POP/Fixture Plan, Budget, Rolling Plan, Promotion & Activity Evaluation.
Job Qualifications
Experience:
? 5 years on Apparel Brand retail marketing or related field
Knowledge and skills:
? Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office & other editing tools (Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
? Skills and experience in strategic planning, team management, global thinking, resource efficiency/multi-tasking.
? Budget management and results orientation skills.
? Skills and experience in indirect leadership, consumer knowledge, and brand management.
? This position requires the use of judgment to execute; general decisions are made to solve a problem or select a course of action for a recognized method of operation.
Education:
? College degree in Marketing or related field
