1. Perform daily activities in PC controlling, including costing view and accounting view maintenance and new ICP releasing timely;

2. Communicate with operation and accounting for operational issues and process improvements;

3. Ensure on time delivery of monthly cost related reports and execution of month-end-closing activities including order settlement and variance analysis with clear commentary linked to business performance;

4. Partner with operation to develop KPIs and trace the effectiveness of initiatives, understand the risk and opportunity associated with manufacturing area which may impact financial targets achievement;

5. Proactively revising cost forecasting to take into account strategic changes into the business;

6. Drive standardized ways of costing process across multiple departments, ensure reports are reliable and consistent;

7. Manage the financial aspects of capex projects fully considering impact of business decision;

8. Submit the statistic reports for the legal entity;

9. Other ad hoc requirements.

 

Qualifications:

1. University graduate with major in finance or accounting, finance or accounting certification is a plus;

2. 3 - 5 years of costing role in manufacturing industry, business partner experience is a plus;

3. Strong analytical and communication skills, good command of English;

4. Exceptional PC skills, particularly with MS Office applications;

5. Familiar with ERP software, such as SAP and Power BI.
