Requested background:


1. Sales-oriented personality
2. Strong experience in the tannery/leather-making industry (experience in the lab testing industry considered a plus) - 3 to 5 years
3. Knowledge of the local Guangdong province tannery and leather business sector
4. Strong organization skills, ability to work independently,good communication skills, willingness to travel within Guangdong province
5. Good English proficiency (oral and written)
6. Highly motivated


Jop description:


1. Responsible for the development of CTC Groupe's commercial activity with tanneries
2. Responsible for the commercial development of CTC Groupe's environmental offer
3. Identify and qualify major local and international tanneries in the Dongguan area and in Guangdong province
4. Set up a list of top local and international tanneries in China, identify key areas for leather making in China
5. Help to structure and formalize CTC's offer dedicated to tanneries
6. Field commercial action and local offer development to tanneries:
A. organize meetings with prospects in Guangdong province
B. promotion of chemical analyses offer dedicated to leather
C. qualification of needs via submission of an environment questionnaire
D. promotion of CTC's environmental offer
E. work together with chemical engineer
7. In charge of existing footwear clients follow up and new clients development
8. Manage relationships with local Dongguan based partners
9. Collect, analyze and update local market/competition information and report to Management Team
10. Represent CTC Groupe locally and attend different fairs and events in Guangdong province, promote CTC brand and increase CTC's influence in Guangdong province
