Job Content

1. Prepare and carry out annual training plan on company level

2. Proactively analyze employee's training needs and set learning & development solutions and plans;

3. Implement learning & development courses and programs with focus on generic & professional skills, managerial skills and

4. Develop and deliver generic and managerial courses

5. Develop tools for training follow-up

6. Work out and optimize learning & development outlines and catalogues

7. Optimize learning platform by applying multi-ways, such as part time instructor mechanism, e-learning, to create a positive learning environment

8. Support in implementation of new employee orientation program

9. Work out, implement and optimize training process and policies

10. other tasks assigned by line manager


Education and/or Experience

1. 8 working experiences, minimum 5 years in learning & development

2. Strong experience in training design


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Presentation/facilitation skills

2. Fluent English in speaking and writing

3. Good Microsoft-office skills

4. Adult learning knowledge; Training course and program development knowledge

5. Produces results; Champions change; Focuses on customers; Use sound business judgment; Builds relationship
