• Continuously analyze stock levels within China Outlets relative to sales and turnover goals in order to allocate and re-balance stock.

• Identify areas of opportunity/risk based on stock levels. Working with cross functional partners to define action plans needed in order to maximize sales and gross margin.

• Execute the weekly transfer of stock and replenishment deliveries within China Outlets.

• Support the Greater China planning process by creating reports to review product category performance, sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals– FULL PRICE & OUTLET CHANNELS (ALL STORES).

• Assist Planning Manager & Retail/Merchandising teams during end of season markdowns and propose markdown strategies based on inventory and sales analysis by location, ensuring cohesive flow from one season to the next.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will have a minimum 3-5 years of Retail Merchandise Planning & Allocation experience

• Mastery of stock allocation management, as well as experience managing Promotions.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications necessary. While MicroStrategy/BI Reporting, TXT Planning Software, or JDA Allocation system experience is not a requirement, it will prioritize candidacy.

• Fluent in English – Written and Verbal – necessary to align with Global Merchandise Planning Partners.
