As a SoC design engineer working in the SoC team, you will work with various subsystem/IP design teams, verification team, physical design team and 3rd part vendors to design, integrate, verify and document at module, subsystem and SoC level.

Your responsibilities may include, although not be limited to:

• Microarchitecture design from concept
• Analyze micro-architecture trade-offs and provide clear documentation
• RTL/Logic design using Verilog/SystemVerilog
• DFT design
• Simulate and debug and deliver high quality designs
• FPGA prototyping
• FE production synthesis with DFT insertion
• Design flow and netlist flow checks – Lint, CDC, Logical Equivalence
• UPF flow for defining power intent of chips with multiple power domains
• Timing and power analysis
• Design interfacing to PD for floorplanning and timing closure
• Silicon validation and silicon debug

Qualifications

• BS or MS in electrical engineering or computer science
• 6+ years of experience in digital logic designs and integration
• Expertise in SOC IP integration and RTL design for performance, power, area optimization
• Knowledge of low level HW/SW interaction and debug
• Familiarity with EDA tools
• High motivation and results orientation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
• Teamwork, negotiation, and presentation skills
