Job Description

- Module/ASIC level concept/ feasibility studies (incl. HW design)
- Analog IP / subsystem- level design and verification
- Top-/ system- level design and verification
- Silicon verification / debugging
- Technical support to mass production
- Technical consultant/ mentor/ coach

Qualifications

- Master degree in microelectronic circuits or systems
- > 7ys experience in analog circuits design
- Good understanding of ASIC analog and mixed signal flow(Cadence based)
- Experience in power management, driver circuits development(automotive IC as a plus)
- Hands-on experience in silicon verification and debugging
- Very good communication skills, team work and flexibility
- Foreign languages: English (German as a plus)
