Job Description

The CLT(Core Leadership Team) provides a clear business vision for the organization and ensures that the complete organization is aligned and operates smoothly towards the common vision. Accountable for the economic success as well as the continuous business and the organizational transformation.

Take responsibility: As a section manager you will be part of the Core Leadership Team (CLT) in a holistic organization, where the structure is rather flat than hierarchical.

Further development: The CLT together as a team is responsible for the software department with 60+ members who are responsible for software and software design for all BEG domains.

Your focus in CLT is the software (ASW/BSW/Design) development in customer projects for different products in the area of Powertrain like ICE, Hybrid, NEV, Transmission and Fuel cell.

One of your main task is to find synergies over the different products in our portfolio and empower further local software competence.

You have a wide focus over different powertrain products and a rich experience in SW design and SW development.

Develop/maintain interfaces to RBCD/UAES/RBCT/PS and to different BEG regions worldwide.

Coordinate the knowhow build up from legacy platform to latest MDG1 powertrain generation.
