Job Description

• Understand and analyze IoT business requirement and come up with technical framework and security concept that fits the solution scenario the best
• Define and design IoT solution architecture and security concept in terms of hardware, embedded software, algorithm, cloud backend services and frontend software.
• Facilitate the technical activities in terms of consulting, system design, testing, technology research, code check, troubleshooting, etc. within the IoT project as technical expert.
• Documents and maintains the solution as-is IT landscape in the Enterprise Architecture Management Tool.
• Collaborates with the broader architecture community to ensure that the solutions align with target architectures and technology roadmaps.
• Always stay aware of emerging technologies and trends and how to apply them to benefit the business.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of driving / enabling IoT solution architecture (customer facing) through technologies of software (Web, Mobile), cloud backend, IoT Suite, embedded software. Experience in managing customer end-to-end journey is a plus.
• Solid understanding of technical specification, design and implementation of integrated modules in an IoT solution.
• Convinced technical stack including: Interfacing with IT systems, Database design / configuration (RDBMS, NoSQL DB), Networking , servers, micro services, data modelling, notification messaging and other key cloud components.
• Exhibits strong soft skills typically required as an Architect (E.g. presentation, technical analysis, challenging the status quo, etc.).
• Fluent written and verbal English is a must.
