Job Description

1. Define audio route together with audio architect，provide requirements to audio route, and the requirement to hardware devices include re-sampler, microphone, and amplifier.
2. Test the performance of different audio route [dynamic range, snr, thd, sensitivity, frequency response]
3. Develop simple audio algorithm [mix, splitter, IIR, delay]
4. Integration of 3-party audio software package (arkamys, ecnr engine), and bug fix.
5. In-car sound tuning include EQ and delay
6. Lead the ITU tuning for car play
7. In-car ANC/ESE tuning

Qualifications

1. More than 3 years automotive infotainment customer project experience with focus on audio tuning
2. Expert knowledge and project experience in automotive infotainment audio domain
3. Familiar with ITU P1100,P1110 standards
4. Familiar with different audio test/analysis tools
5. Good background in digital signal processing
6. Deep understanding of audio routing, mixing, ECNR, and sound tuning
7. Deep understanding of audio handling, e.g. balance, fader, delay, phase, multiband equalizer, limiter, tone control, …
8. Very good English and can read directly English datasheet, technical specification
9. Highly motivated working in a team, open-minded and willing share the knowhow and help others

10. Good oral, reading, and written English, ability to coordinate foreign employees and suppliers, and read directly English datasheet and technical specification

2011年确定在成都建立博世汽车部件(成都)有限公司（简称RBAG）作为底盘控制系统在中国的第二个生产基地。公司注册资本1460万美元, 预计总投资1.37亿美元, 占地190亩，分三期实施, 主要进行汽车传感器、ABS/ESP的生产。其中一期投资4380万美元， 计划于2013年初开始投入生产。
