Job Description

• Advanced mixed-signal IC concept and system architecture(incl. HW design)
• Lead IC subsystem design and deep verification
• Lead IC top-/ system- level verification
• Lead IC evaluation/ debugging
• Technical support to mass production
• Coach and supervise junior engineers

Qualifications

• Minimal Master degree in microelectronics or Electronics Engineering
• > 8ys experience in mixed-signal circuits development
• Good understanding of mixed signal ASIC development flow(Cadence based)
• Deep experience in power management, driving circuitry development (automotive IC as a plus)
• Hands-on experience in leading silicon evaluation and validation
• Adequate experience in IC failure analysis and mass production support (Test HW & SW development)
• Very good communication skills, international multi-site team work experience
• Fluent English communication is a must, German as a plus
