KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for managing relationship with channels that are able to generate direct individual patients, act as the customer liaison for the entire Jiahui OB& GYN Services.

· Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future sales. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

· Developed several channels to generate OB clients, managed the channel’s expectation and act as the key contact point with the channel.

· Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to Jiahui.

· Mine customers' needs and identify & communicate requirements with clinical and operations team

· Develop sales kit and marketing material content, designing as per requirements and at same time work with marketing team to identify articles or marketing materials that can impact our customers

· Clients' experience and satisfaction feedback and discuss with relevant dept. for product and service enhancement

· Represent the brand with customers, external partners and building constructive relationships

· Drive revenue goals by developing new customers and establishing relationships with existing customers to further explore their needs

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree prefered.

· Minimum three years of experience working in a sales role (prefer OB, Dermatology or other women related sales positions) at a private healthcare institution.

· Friendly able to build trust with families, women and child

· Good relationship building, able to connect with customers

· Excellent communication ability.

· Detail oriented, able to settle in and focus on task

· Independent, able to handle multiple tasks individually.

· Language: Chinese (Mandarin: written, spoken); English is not a must but preferred

· Self-starter, goal-getter, problem solver.

嘉会诊所（静安）是嘉会医疗的***家门诊诊所，位于静安商业区。诊所于2016年4月正式开业，目前开设全科、儿科、皮肤科、耳鼻喉科、眼科、口腔科、心理科等多个科室。

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
