Job Description:
1. Being responsible for the overall following and processing of Sales Order from Contract checking, logistics handling, payments collecting till the project’s closing;
2. Booking in SAP: Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, etc.;
3. Provide monthly/weekly report of sales contract per requirement.
4. L/C checking and prepare the related documents for presentation.
5. Coordinating purchasing, financial, logistics and warehouse issues involved in processing the Sales Order.

1．负责销售合同审核、订单录入、物流货运、销售收入确认到项目关闭的全过程订单跟踪执行；

2．SAP操作：销售订单、采购订单、发货及发票等；

3. 根据需要每月/周制作销售合同月报表及其他报表。

4．审核信用证 ，准备交单文件；

5．协调销售订单执行中采购、财务、物流、仓储等相关事宜。

Requirement:
1. More than 1 years experiences in order processing, commercial management, international trade and so on;
2. Command the knowledge of international trade, international logistics, customs affairs, financial management, foreign currency payment management and so on;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, solid and reliable, optimistic and smooth mentality;
4. Strong capability of independent thinking and problem-solving;
5. Goods at communicating and coordinating. Excellent team work spirit;
6. Attentive to details, discipline work style, high working efficiency;
7. Good at in written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.

1．有1年以上订单执行、商务管理、国际贸易相关方面的工作经验；

2．了解国际贸易、国际物流、海关操作、财务管理、外汇管理等相关知识；

3．责任心强、稳重踏实、心态乐观平和；

4．独立思考和独立解决问题能力强；

5．善于沟通协调，团队精神佳；

6．关注细节，作风严谨，工作效率高；

7．优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
