Digital & Data Manager

Responsibilities of the role:
? Work together with category planning team on refining precision and data strategy
? Lead specific innovative project which leverage new ad tech or data solution. Proactively test and learn.
? Mining insights by metrics and dimensions from multi-channel data and present insightful analysis.
? Structure data reports and build sustainable and visualized benchmark system.

What you will need:
? 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in an ecommerce, digital marketing/media agency, media/ market research or marketing data technology company
? Able to navigate an extract right data from right data sources and able to efficiently analyse and interpret data for key insights and recommendations
? Familiar with programmatic stakeholders in China, and keep up with the latest trend and knowledge of data-driven marketing, as well as media eco-system
? Experience in Tmall/JD analysis tools would be a plus
? Skills of data visualization tool would also be preferred
? Proactive, quality-conscious, self-driven, team player and strong communication skills (Mandarin/English)
