Handle AR for client-Loreal

Reporting of the role

Reports to the Finance Manager

3.    Understand revenue reconciliation

Measures of success – In three months, you would have:

·      Be familiar with finance system

·      Independently deal with corresponding accounting entry

·     Manage AR/WIP，and other report assigned by company

In six months, you would have:

·      Independently provide effective solution on AR issue

In 12 months, you would have:

·      Manage all AR issues and support to line manager

Major Responsibility: 

• Make AR transaction
• Finish AR/WIP monthly status report
• Track AR/WIP process
• Review Production PCI and confirm tax gap if any
• Prepare monthly balance sheet accounts breakdown;
• Review balances and aging of receivables and payables monthly to identify any potential credit risks, and prepare monthly analysis report
• Review the progress of purchase orders related with advance payments, assess the recoverability and propose resolution and action plan if any risk
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial statements
• Support Client Audit
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by FM

What you will need:

1.    Bachelor degree of financial or accounting;

2.    over 1 years of experience, within advertising, media or marketing industries is preferred;

3.    Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented;

4.    Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner;

5.    Good communication and time management skill;

6.    Good knowledge of Excel

7.    Good command of English and Chinese in both reading and writing.
