工作描述/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the integrity, reliability and timely delivery of all internal and external reporting;
- Prepare monthly reporting package, including comparative reports operating results and variance explanations;
- Analyze the performance per branch office, sales representative, product…etc;
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing the annual corporate budgets and forecasts by working closely with department heads;
- Assist Finance and Quality & Compliance teams for the month-end closing procedures;
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing of the annual audit report;
- Drive continuous improvement of operational and financial systems, processes and tools
- Provide financial and operational support to the business.

职位要求/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree, majored in finance or accounting;
- 2-3 year FP&A experience with freight forwarding company preferred
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and/or reporting knowledge and experience;
- Comfortable with different information systems (Excel, Access, operational and accounting systems);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Self-driven, detail oriented, challenging mind, autonomy and initiative;
- Familiar with Cargowise is preferred
- Good command of English(Oral &written)
