Lead sales operations team in China, Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan to deliver commercial and digital solutions to support profitable growth.

Lead Global G360 initiative in GC region, an competitive platform from local ERP to Company Data Warehouse to Salesforce CRM, in terms of data management, opportunity&prospect management, sales performance management and service merchandize to support business growth, retain and gain customers.

Lead teams of field sales and corporate account operations, Contract Management, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Commercial Excellence to enable growth, drive efficiency and improve customer Satisfaction.

Establish Contract Management System to improve quotation to order process, prevent price leakage and manage business risks.

Build up sales operations mission to concentrate on helping sales team run efficiently and effectively, in support of business strategies and objectives

Deliver commercial solutions to the organization by providing Platforms and systems, Reporting and administration, Process improvement, Analytics and business insight.

People management in terms of career development, coaching, leading change, engagement and driving execution.

Qualification:

1. Strong in communication

2. Logical, strong in data mining and analytical capability, excellent with Excel

3. Finance / Accounting background not a must but preferred

4. Fluent in Chinese and English

5. Efficient and independent

6. Some knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Access, SQL and CRM
