Major Job Responsibilities
在菲亚特集团在华现有合作品牌汽车厂商的基础上开发合作经销商进行汽车融资业务(菲亚特品牌)。
Being responsible for developing new dealers of existing business partner of FCA.
负责维护与现有经销商及合作伙伴的关系。
Being responsible for maintaining existing relationships with both dealers, and other business partners.
定期与厂商对应部门协调相关事宜,增强金融意识并维护厂商关系。
Constantly contact with the counterpart in OEM and coordinate with OEM’s AM in order to increase FCA group awareness and overall relationship with the OEM.
定期拜访经销商,提供相关零售金融知识培训,解答疑问及协助解决相应问题。
Timely visiting dealers, provide dealers with retail financing training, and handle all the dealer related issues, include but limited to customer & dealer complaints.
与总经理及金融顾问紧密合作以提高金融渗透率,达到双赢效果。
Closely working with the dealers from the General Manager’s level to financial consultant’s level to quickly enhance the retail financing penetration rate and overall returns.
不定时向管理层汇报竞争对手动向及产品情况。
Timely updating the competitors’ moves and products to the management team.
及时收集经销商信息与反馈,并实时监控经销商财务状况。
Collecting dealer's information & feedback, and observing dealer's business status frequently.
通过提供金融方案全方位支持经销商的业务拓展。
360 degree supporting dealers to expand its business through providing different financial solutions and suggestions.
达成个人销售目标。
Achieving set personal sales targets.
在与经销商商谈及销售过程中,尽可能利用多方资源。
Utilizing all possible supporting functions and resources during the selling, negotiation and closure of deals.
与库存融资部同事共同合作识别及监控经销商情况,预防风险发生。
Supporting Wholesale Financing colleagues on identifying and monitoring all kinds of dealer risks and behavioral issues.
经理布置的其他任务。
Timely finishing other tasks required by the line manager.
Qualifications:
本科学历及以上。
Bachelor’s degree or above.
销售相关工作经历5年以上(汽车金融、经销商管理或零售融资业务相关经历优先)。
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales (experiences in AFC, dealer management, or retail lending business are preferred).
渠道销售经历。
Experience in Channel sales.
必要的银行及融资租赁知识。
Understanding and knowledge of banking or leasing is required.
可以适应国内经常性出差。
Able to travel domestically frequently.
良好的人际交往能力,自我激励能力及结果导向性。
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result-oriented.
良好的中英文说写能力。
Good speaking and writing in both English & Chinese.
