职位描述
1. 负责对全体队员的日常工作管理；
2. 制定各门岗队员的岗位职责及工作流程；
3. 做好对队员的品质及思想教育工作，及时纠正队员的违纪行为；
4. 积极配合园区各级领导及ERT应急队长做好各项安全管理工作及应急突发事件的处理协助工作；
5. 监督队员定时完成对园区所有消防设施的安全检查工作，确保所有消防设施都在有效期内并能正常使用；
6.定期组织对队员进行安保专业知识及园区各门岗工作细节的培训；
7. 负责协调维护与园区各级领导及队员之间的工作合作关系，并对日常工作提出合理化意见或建议；
8. 定期召开保安月会，总结和部署后期保安工作开展内容；
9.积极配合上级领导完成临时安排的工作或任务。
任职要求:
1 .大专以上学历，三年以上工作经验、一年以上保安管理经验；
2 .良好的协调和管理能力；
3. 丰富的保安管理经验和消防知识 ；
4. 熟悉计算机操作。
