Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable for oversea payments; 负责公司应收账款以及海外应付账款会计业务；

1. Issue invoices to oversea and local clients 负责向国外及国内客户开具发票

2. Confirm receipt of receivable and match receipts in the system 和客户 确认收到的款项并录入系统

3. AR Reconciliation with clients and send monthly statements 及时与客户对账

4. Process oversea payments 安排付款

5. Reconcile payments in the system 收款录入系统

6. AP reconciliation with vendors 与供应商对账

7. Responsible for AR/AP reports 负责应收应付相关的报表

8. Participate in ad hoc assignments as requested 领导安排的其他工作

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting or other finance related major.本科学历，会计相关专业

2. Good interpersonal skills and team player;. 工作细致，责任感强, 良好的沟通能力、团队精神。

3. Familiar with collecting and payment issues 熟悉收款和付款事宜

4. Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in processing account receivable, account payable至少有2年以上相关工作经验

5. Good capability of listening, speaking, reading and writing English有良好的英语的听、说、读、写能力

6. Proficient in Excel and ERP熟练使用和Excel和ERP财务软件
