Operates and maintains custodial functions.

Handles general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.

Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees / outsourced vendors to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.

Manages and reviews service contracts.

Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.

Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.

Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in facility management, facility engineering, mechanical / electrical engineering, or related qualification such as project management, business management. 

本科以上学历，设施管理、设施工程、机电工程或相关资质，如项目管理、商务管理等。

    

5 -10 years in related positions

5 -10年相关工作经验

    

Working knowledge in hospital environment is an advantage

有医院工作经验者优先

    

Experienced in ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) is essential.
