Key Responsibilities
?Assist GM to responsible for the P & L of the portfolio of assets (retail, residential and commercial) to be managed.
?Work closely with a team of professionals to lead, oversee and management a multi-disciplinary team for a large scale mixed development and ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
?Assist GM to responsible for staff management, overall business strategies, preparation and administration of annual budgets, as well as developing key strategic tenant relationships etc.
Skill Requirements
?Bachelor's degree or an education/experience combination in the areas of marketing, business administration, real estate (leasing), property management.
?Knowledge of revenue management and marketing strategies
?Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards
?Ability to identify and evaluate business trends, determine applicability to customer profile and modify business strategies accordingly.
?Understanding of business administration principles
?Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of human relations skills
?Proficient in applicable software (Lotus, Word, Excel etc.)
?Strong organization and management skills
Person Requirements
?Mature and able to work under pressure.
?At least 12 years' working experience in real estate investment, asset management, sales and marketing with at least 5 years in China.
