New design and optimization of logistic processes along the supply chain. Implementation of selected projects i.e. involvement in the preparation, implementation, controlling and subsequent roll-out including implementation of training measures for logistics projects



Responsibilities:

A Supply Chain optimization

1 Value stream mapping for each plant in China region, including "Deliver", "Make", "Source"

2 Value stream design for the next 3~5 years with alignment targets with plant logistics, sales, production and purchasing

3 Proposal for the projects, which can fulfill the VSD targets accordingly

4 Familiar with lean logistics concept and tools

B IT processes, tools and interfaces

1 Documenting current existing IT applications and describing the target processes as well as their effects on functions

2 Preparing generally valid methods, rules and tools for the optimization of processes and control as well as for the improvement of key performance indicators in agreement with the superior responsible

3 Drawing up training concepts and documents as well as preparing and carrying out qualification measures

4 Supporting job controllers in processing difficult cases

5 Advising foreign locations in logistics matters

C Project management

1 Coordinating selected logistics projects, preparing respective specialist concepts as well as checking their implementation according to time and cost specifications

2 Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring tasks within a project team using prescribed methods and systems

3 Preparing and further developing concepts for improving the recording, analysis, modeling, presentation and management of process-related data

4 Preparing forecasts for periods, milestones and budgets for successful project implementation according to the targets set with superiors

5 Continuous monitoring of project success with regard to the financial resources used and target achievement

6 Monitoring of milestones, work quality and project budgets as well as making sure tasks described in plans of action or task lists are carried out

7 Advising and training those involved in projects and/or organizing training on software-specific subjects



Qualifications:

1. Graduate in business engineering (UAS)

2. English: business fluent

3. Up to 4- 5 years in automotive LOG with SAP knowledge

4. SAP PP key-user preferred

5. Value stream mapping / value stream design

6. Lean logistics project management

7. Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, SAP logistics, Work study, Job control, Project management skills
