Job Description
- Explore business opportunities for Bosch Sensortec's products and solutions
- Develop Sales strategy and define action plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage customer projects, develop all level customer relationship, and organize promotion activities
- Lead and drive internal teams/resources to support customer requirements
- Support distributor partners to win customer projects, and ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with regional Sales and FAE teams to succeed worldwide OEM/ODM customer project.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Sales working experience in Consumer Electronics industry
- Strong experience to work with OEM, ODM, and CM customers, and understand associated business supporting models required
- Experienced with customer project management, design in/win activity phases, forecast and supply operation processes, and channel distribution management
- Familiar with distributor sales operational and logistic processes
- Knowledge of mobile phone or smart device hardware and software architecture is a plus.
- Fluent communication in English language is required
- Aggressive attitude to take challenges and drive to success
