JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer reactively to the incoming customer inquiries, sales requests or France requests via phone and email providing accurate sales information to clients in cooperation with Sales and others operation colleague team.

• Set up SOP with your client regarding their regular business if not exist

• Collect new shipper’s information (company, address, PIC) to build up a database

• Provide a professional friendly communication style with client or agent

• Be proactive by providing alternative solutions as available

• Perform an operational and administrative follow up contact by email / phone and visit clients or suppliers

• Build up a selling tool locally to search any new business from existing shipper

• Monitor the different step of booking (Select shipment routes, Determine efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another, book equipment and space on ships and trucks

• Advise client about documentation needed for shipment

• Arrange delivery or storage of goods in warehouse, advise clients of shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments, complete customs paper works, facilitate the customs process with broker

• Keep records of goods dispatched or received, inform client about relevant legislation, political situations, or other factors that could affect freight shipping

• Monitor or record locations of goods in transit)

• Provide shipment status notification to exporters, consignee

• Issue quotation

• Optimize the margin by close negotiation with suppliers

REQUIREMENTS

• 5~7 years' experiences in freight forwarding company

• Familiar with the custom clearance procedure

• Good communications skills

• Team work spirit

• Good English both oral and written

• Ability to work under pressure

• Has operation work experiences on Europe, USA line will be a plus
