Job Description

1. Prepare monthly flash reports and monthly BCS reports;

2. In case of deviations between planning and actual figures, analysis of the causes;

3. Analysis and evaluation of the Company key figures;

4. Suggesting solutions and taking measures in order to assure company profit;

5. Prepare of the company IP plan report package and upload into BCS system

6. Monthly report closing and prepare internal report of deep analysis and reflection of the company current situation;

7. Through analysis and comparison of figures, workout of suggestions for solving problems in order to reach the highest economic benefit for the Company.

1. 对德方月度快报，月报的编制;

2. 基于计划和实际数据之间的差异,分析其原因;

3. 分析评价公司关键数据;

4. 提出建议和措施以确保公司利润;

5. 准备公司综合预算报表并上传至BCS系统;

6. 月度报表结账和提供深度分析和反映公司现状的内部报告;

7. 通过对数据的分析比较，提出解决问题的建议以实现公司经济效益的***化。

   
   

Qualifications

At least 5-year working experience in a foreign-invested or JV company in controlling or production areas and good understanding of enterprise management;

Bachelor or above, major in Finance or related fields preferred;

Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
