Job Responsibilities:   

1)   Responsible for key project implementation.

2)   Following National, GMP & company standards.

3)   Prepare, measure, monitor and control project budget and expenditure. 

4)   Work together with sourcing to comply with company policies on project URS, specification requirements & technical clarification, bidding analysis, and make sure the related requirement has been implemented into the project scope delivery.    

5)   Lead project construction, installation & commissioning (or qualification) supervision in Safely, Quality and timely.  

6)   Lead project risk management to ensure project running smoothly without surprise. 

7)   Organize regular project review meeting with working team and report timely to steering committee to ensure the execution smoothly.  

8)   Build year on year Capex project budget in technical driving way to support business growth.

9)   Supervision multi sites Capex annual expenditure.

Job Requirements:

1)   Bachelor or above education background, major in M&E engineering, chemistry engineering or automation related.

2)   10 Years of multinational organization project related work experiences with design, construction, installation, qualification, acceptance and handover processes.

3)   Experience with GMP facility or utility system (i.e. HVAC, compressed air, steam, water system, WWTS).  

4)   Multinational food, nutritional or pharmaceutical industrial experiences.

5)  Knowledge of EHS, Quality and lean manufacturing will be preferred.

6)  Fluent language skills in English and Mandarin.
