Main Responsibilities:

  

1. According to the requirements and relevant standards to conduct physical and chemical tests for fabric raw material or products. Especially familiar with American Standard AATCC & ASTM. 根据要求和相关标准，对纺织物面料进行化学/物理性能检验; 尤其是熟悉美国的AATCC以及ASTM标准。
2. Conduct various fabric tests, such as, but not limited to shrinkage, color fastness, physical, chemical tests, etc., and release test reports on time. 进行各种布料的测试，例如但不限于：缩水率、色牢度、物理、化学测试等，并按时出具实验室测试报告。
3. Report problems to direct supervisor and offer root cause and solutions to resolve the problem. 主动向直接主管汇报问题，并且提出解决问题的根本原因和解决方案。
4. Complete test records and provide information based on applicable rules and instructions, and distribute test results as per procedure. 完成实验记录，根据适用的规则和说明提供完整的信息，并按程序发送测试结果。
5. Daily maintenance and calibration of lab equipment to ensure that they are in good condition and provide precise data. Ensure materials for carrying out tests are stocked up and inform supervisor to re-order. 实验室设备的日常维护和校验，确保实验设备处于良好的状态并提供准确的分析数据。确保测试材料齐备，并且及时通知主管订购材料。
6. Contact and cooperate with third-party labs to carry out off-site testing if necessary or instructed to do so, track progress, and submit reports on time. 联系并配合第三方实验室进行其他测试，需跟踪进度，并按时提交报告。
7. Store the testing samples with systematic identification, and deal with the expired sample in time Able to ensure required information and test reports are passed on to the various divisions in a timely and accurate manner, incl. electronic and physical samples where required. 对检验样品进行系统标识储存，对过期样品进行处理，确保所需信息和检验报告及时准确地传递到各部门。
8. Dispose of waste materials/ liquid after testing is completed. 在测试完成后，需处理废料/液体。

                

Requirements:

1. College degree or above major in Textile or Dyeing & Finishing or related Engineering background; 大专以上学历，纺织工程或相关工科专业；
2. Minimum 3 years fabric testing in a QC lab environment，ideally previous experience in a 3rd party testing lab, for example ITS, SGS, BV, UL.  3年以上实验室纺织类测试工作经验，有第三方实验室工作背景优先，如ITS, SGS, BV，UL。
3. Familiar with AATCC & ASTM methods; 熟悉AATCC和ASTM标准；
4. Familiar with computer daily software熟练运用电脑办公软件；
5. Good command of English especially in reading & writing, preferably able to complete the English test reports well;良好的英文读写能力，并完成英语测试报告；
6. Adhere to contract, rules and regulations as required, good communication skills, and ability to work detailed, precise under pressure; 遵守规章制度，有良好的沟通能力，可以在压力下能够细致地、准确地工作；
7. Careful and responsible, has strong analytical ability; 认真负责，分析能力强；
8. Motivated and pro-active applicants are preferred. 优先考虑主动积极的候选人；
9. Able to work to independently to a certain degree. 能够独立完成工作。
