职位描述
1. Accounts Payable
1> Maintain AP ledger for each entity whitin Group . (CT/AU/HK)
2>Execute cycle payment as schedule .
3>Daily reconcile intercompany balance goods related between HK and each distributor .
4> Key internal control point to monitor alignment with FG&A on vendor management process.
2. AP Month end close
1>Finish AP timely as group period closing schedule .
2>Reconcile balance between AP aging report and GL account .
3>Assist to senior GL accoutant or accounting supervisor finish period closing .
4> Balance sheet reconciliation as requirements .
3. Fixed Assets
1> Monitor all capital happened on EKP system to identity expense or fixed assets (CT/HK/AU)
2> Provide accounting supporting for the ongoing new projects for assigned.
3> Initate , suggest and demonstrate process improvement.
4> Fixed assets management (cycle count/disposal ,etc) for legal entities. (CT/AU/HK)
4. Bank Reconciliation
1>Monthly reconcile each bank account of all legal enties (CT/AU/HK)
2>Annual audit support both external and internal auditors on bank reconciliation process.
5. Any other duties as assigned
