JOB OBJECTIVES:
Drive WTC Water Solutions Business Development in Region China with a key focus on membrane/ cooling water/boiler water chemical solutions
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. WTC Market BD: Identify and develop new business opportunities in membrane/desalination/cooling water and Boiler water chemical solutions in conjunction with Technical Staffs to reach 2 M Eur in 2014 with strong sales talent
2. WTC Business Model setup: Work close with GE/Nalco such kind global water service company meanwhile develop Tier two - local water service company or chemical supply Channel with clear business plan implementation
3. Market Intelligence: Develop market intelligence for assigned products: supervise activities in collecting and analysing relevant intelligence. Make market intelligence available and accessible in SBU.
4. Make concrete develop plan of WTC Region China
REQUIREMENTS:
1. B.S. in Chemistry, Science or Sales related degree
2. Communication skills, including negotiating, presentation, influencing & relationship building
3. Financial understanding of how business decisions translate into financial performance
4. 5 years of experience in sales or Marketing in the water industry
5. Understanding of the products used in the Water Industry, application of the products and the end users
6. Strong Sales Ability and experience
7. In depth knowledge of the industry water treatment chemical solution
8. Proactive approach to new business development and follow up
9. Understanding of profit margins and impact on the business
10. Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
11. Very good English communications skills
12. Ability to work with other business units
