          PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Perform Plot plan engineering work in efficiency way and high quality from site selection/comparing, concept design, basic design to detail design.
2. Assistant Client to communicate with authority.
3. Study site condition, invest surrounding area condition, and make summary and conclusion for site planning.
4. Discussions with the Client to discovery their requirements, provide options, and get conclusion.  
5. Assisting the project team in site walk-down survey and/or internal model review and site walk through with other lead discipline engineers and Client representative if situation required in resolving technical issues.
6. Reviewing with other Discipline Leaders and Engineers for all the project needs and technical aspect which can affect the site plan and plot plan design.
7. Doing the design interface control and change control.
8. Preparation of the Discipline Design Instruction, Specification, Calculation, Layout drawing, Detail drawing, MTO, ITB technical documents, TBE and etc. required by project.
9. Signing of Calculations and Plot Plan related drawings as a checker or approver.
10. Supervision and review of subcontracted engineering services.
11. Required normal managing activities in engineering phase as plot plan discipline leader
12. Providing technical assistance in construction phase.
13. Assisting the Civil Section Manager work when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS PERSONAL SKILLS

1. BS Degree in planning, civil Engineering or equivalent 
2. 10 years’ experience in plot plan engineering and design for Gas, Chemical or Petrochemical related industry with Design institute or engineering company who holds Class A professional chemical engineering design license
3. Been discipline lead for at least one large scale project (TIC>=300M rmb)
4. Acceptable and communicable level English skills
5. Good personality as a professional engineer
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Skillful in plot plan design tools and software 
8. Well understand local and international plot plan design standards and codes
9. Hold national professional engineer certificate which should be issued by a design firm
10. Has oversea project experience is plus
11. Be able to travel to site as required
