1. Responsible for the contract review of the site selection, leasing and decoration of the office, warehouse, maintenance stops and dormitory in China
2. Understand the leasing market of commercial office and residential property in China, formulate the overall policy framework for real estate leasing projects, integrate the requirements of relevant departments involved in real estate leasing projects, and clarify the standardization, approval process and specific implementation and operation rules of real estate leasing and decoration
3. Lead and manage the quality, safety, cost and progress of real estate projects
4. Approve the site selection and cost review for new office, warehouse, maintenance station and dormitory
5. Analyze the input and output of leasing projects, control the cost and ensure the rationality and standardization
6. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
8. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
9. Other assignments from direct superior.
职位要求：
Education (Degree, major) :
College degree or above, major in real estate is preferred
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience):
5 years of experience in real estate leasing, renovation management or related
Management Experience:
3 years of management experience
Language:
Good English reading and writing skills
Computer skills:
Good computer skills, familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Other Specialties:
Specific certificate:
Certificate of Safety Engineer, Fire Engineer is preferred
