职位描述
岗位职责：
1.参与公司物联网产品需求分析，制定测试计划和策略，清晰划分模块，独立设计测试用例；
2.根据项目要求，编制项目测试计划、测试方案、测试用例，测试报告等文档；
3.跟进产品迭代，有风险意识，提前预警，保证测试进度，保证测试质量，汇报测试结果；
4.对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位，与开发人员讨论缺陷解决方案，推动问题有效合理的解决；
5.精通常用软件测试工具，测试过程中能使用测试工具提高工作效率；
岗位要求：
1.计算机或相关专业，3年左右测试工作经验，承担过至少1-3个大型项目的测试任务；
2.熟悉软件测试理论和方法，熟悉软件测试流程和测试规范，能够根据需求和设计独立完成测试用例编写、版本测试、缺陷跟踪、推动问题及时解决、编写测试报告；
3.熟练使用常用的测试工具和Bug管理软件；熟练使用MySQL等常用数据库，Linux操作系统及常用命令；
4.至少用过一种以上的自动化框架比如selenium/unittest/Pytest等；
5.有一定的代码基础，JAVA/Python/GO至少熟悉其中一个，并且实际运用到项目中：
