Reporting to E-Commerce Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the continuous optimization of the Nespresso Wechat eBoutiques' operations to deliver upon sales and customer satisfaction targets.


    

    

Job Responsibilities:

  • He/She is responsible of the delivery in time and quality of the entire eCommerce projects' portfolio, from new features and services deplyoment to global and local campaigns definition and planning, and does so by managing the project execution in collaboration with the different stakeholder but as well by establishing / ensuring efficient ways of working with all the different market's functions and channels
  • Responsible to build relevant and consistent best in class customer journeys / user experiences across all WeChat touchpoints, in alignment with the CRM Insights and according the defined Campaigns plans and Commercial initiatives.
  • Responsible for the definition of both user experience and eMerchandising A/B test hypotesis and scenarios (by analyzing customer satisfaction surveys combined with Web Analytics and CRM Insights data) to improve the Wechat eBoutiques channel as new member acquisition & sales performance and the customer satisfaction scores.


                

Own the Day-to-day running of digital boutiques:

  • Make and manage overall calendars for regular WeChat refreshes, seasonal campaigns and promotional campaigns
  • In charge of product launch, inventory management and daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed
  • Report and analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance such as homepage/PDP/event page performance including but not limited to click rate, conversion, consumer duration. Adjust page design, copy writing,structure etc whenever necessary to improve the performance
  • Dive into WeChat Store new functions to find and develop opportunities to connect with consumer and establish campaign/collaboration or build tools to meet business/brand objectives.
  • Manage Agency on the routine reporting and daily operation. Manage the sale KPI, like UV, Conversion, AUS, SPT, return rate, to identify the key drivers for sale with action plan. Manage the after sale KPI and analyze the product return to optimize the shopping experience.
  • To gather customer feedback periodically to dig out customer demand and anticipate more potential needs.
  • Update sale plan/ forecast on monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholder on paid traffic plan and KPI formulation.
  • Analyze the customer profile and provide insights for UX and Campaign improvement


                                        

    

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • 2 years’ experience in wechat Store management (including mobile).
  • Project Management (PM Certification a plus) and strong commercial acumen
  • Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing & personalization)
  • Good Knowledge of Web Analytics
  • Understanding of the wechat acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites.
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in working and influencing people, teams/functions not in direct reporting line.
