职位描述
DEMAND PLANNING & BUY：
1. Collect market information especially competitors’key products strategy\structure for further strategy reference.
2. Consumer insight deep dive, and always consider product structure improvement, find methodology of winter sports product lifecycle management.
3. Be responsible of WSE merchandise and support business success through different channels (incl.Retail\Rental\wholesale and B2X projects etc.), amplify sales achievement.
4. Closely coordinate with both brands’head quarter, esp. all category product teams and customer service team. Maximize product fulfillment from Oversea to China market.
5. Review seasonal indent order and short-term retail sell thru data, give valuable comments or solutions to guide further product strengthen methods.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT：
1. To be the expert of Winter Sports merchandise all flows related, e,g. demand planning, buying, S&OP management.
2. Lead both brands winter sports trade show and season kick off training, from Sample preparing, to develop product category and support VM\training etc.
3. Participate in all lifecycle management activities and manage End 2 End operations for the category, also includes PGP%\Inventory control, merchandise KPI pursuit.
4. Forecasting system implementation.
任职要求：
1. Data analyzing expert and very strict with strong business sense and result oriented.
2. Hard working and passionate in winter sport, anagenic.
3. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
4. About 4 years winter sports relevant experience.
5. Good MS Office operation skills (Word, Excel,PowePoint etc.) .
6. Passionate in Ski\Snowboards sports.
7. University degree or above.
8. Good at both English and Mandarin.
