• Support and actively communicate, collaborate between GiantKONE businesses (it’s Vision, Values and Must-Win-Battles), GiantKONE IT units and IT Operations.
• Actively manage or collaborate with our out-sourced IT partners in delivering and achieving key IT and IT Operations objectives in relation to achieving and supporting our business objectives.
• Understand and manage the SLAs to which the service provider is bound and ensure that the SLAs are met (or corrective actions taken).
• Govern area of responsibility (coverage) to achieve agreed objectives on time and according to budget ensuring continuous learning and a quality driven approach.
• Ensure that GiantKONE and its IT policies, procedures and processes are met (including external providers).
• Integrate IT processes, information and technology through the employment of best practices, to support complex infrastructures, IT services, business processes and business services.
• Gather and ensure best practices/knowledge are shared amongst the team and other units/teams.
• Key IT Operations representative in your area or scope of coverage to the business.
• Manage both onsite and off-site team(s) and has operational/tactical responsibilities. Ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information system, engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years related working experience, especially in area of IT service management.
• ITIL, PMP is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
