职位描述
1、负责现场的安全管理工作，建立健全各项管理制度，对现场的治安、消防、环境、车辆交通管理工作实施全面管理；
2、负责各种突发事件紧急预案的具体编制与实施工作；
3、负责监督检查楼宇各设施设备的运行情况，定期组织防暴、消防安全培训及演习；
4、负责贯彻、执行政府和公安机关的有关安全保卫、消防安全等任务与要求；
5、负责项目的清洁、绿化、消杀工作的监督指导及汇报工作；
6、负责定期组织召开外包服务商沟通会，对外包服务商的各项工作进行考核。
职位要求：
1、一年及以上负责甲级写字楼、大型商场、车场及保卫管理的行业经验，熟悉现场物业安全管理各岗位操作流程；
2、具有良好的沟通协调能力，管控外包商各项服务标准；
3、熟悉并监控大楼个系统的运行；
