Duties & Responsibilities

· To deal directly with parts suppliers and manufacturers in China to collect all necessary information to ensure supply of high quality component parts for SBE Group in Europe

直接收集处理零部件供应商和制造商在中国所有必要的信息，以确保能提供高品质零??部件给欧洲的SBE集团

· Drive R&D and market comparisons between OEM component parts and after market to drive cost savings

推动研发和市场之间的比较主要是原始设备制造商零部件及售后市场之间的比较以便节约成本

·Ensure that compliance testing taking place in line with SBE Group specification.

确保测试符合SBE集团的规范

·Support European quality team to develop processes and procedures to ensure sufficient sourcing

支持欧洲品质队伍不断开发流程和程序以确保有足够的采购力

· Monitor quality of component parts and enforce 100% batch control within China.

· 对零部件质量进行监控,保证对中国质量实行100%批次控制

· To keep up to date detailed parts update report with pictures cross supplier/ manufacturers including prices and OEM prices

不断更新供应商和制造商的图片和报告,包括价格和原厂的价格

· To share the progress on action on Weekly basis to Management

· 每周和管理部门分享进展

· To find solution with suppliers on the current and ongoing non-orderable parts / link invoicing process with returns management

· 找到和当前供应商以及非订购零件商之间的涉及到发票问题的退换货解决方案

· To monitor PO – Deliveries to always provide the shorter delay on PO placed

· 监控订单-确保交货始终在更短的时间内完成

· Manage incoming parts inspection process providing support and guidance to them and providing resolution to issues found

· 监管交货流程,提供支持和引导,并提供解决问题的方案

· Ensure auditing compliance of invoicing process

· 确保开票流程符合审计要求

Skills and personal attributes required

• 3 years experience in Sourcing
• 3年以上相关工作经历

• Technical knowledge of component part，Knowledge about mobile phone component would be a plus
• 零部件的技术知识，如果是对手机方面的将优先考虑
• Quality background of component parts
• 有品质工作背景
• Good organisational skills
• 良好的组织能力
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 较强的沟通能力,书写和阅读
• English , French , Chinese spoken
• 会说英语,法语,中文
• Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees in all levels of the business.
• 能和所有员工和管理者之间建立有效的关系
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• 能管理多个任务和重点
• Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised once a task has been explained.
• 能自觉主动的工作在任务下达以后
• Ability to be responsive.
