HV Charger Component Engineer

Key Responsibility description:

1. Component Design
- Responsible for HV DC&AC charger component design, requirements set up in order to define proper component function and performance.
2. Component FMEA
- Responsible for checking component FMEA provided by supplier in order to improve component mature.
3. Component tests
- Responsible for test standards definition, component function validation and troubles fixation with supplier together in order to get mature component in time.
4. HV battery system support
- Support for HV battery system in order to support system engineer's work
5. Supplier Process Management
- Monitor the supplier engineering process improvement;
- Manage on-site engineers' performance;
- Communicate and coordinate with internal functions and suppliers to ensure the mature quality and on time delivery.
6. Vehicle Engineering Support
Support components engineer, overall vehicle engineer and others regarding trouble tracking, vehicle commissioning, testing , weight control, dimensional concept, model evaluation, tolerance, packaging, corrosion, etc...
7. Reporting / Information Exchange
- Regular status report to the management on technical topics.
- Preparation of meeting materials for Technical Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting and Board of Management.
- Exchange information with departments such quality department and production planning department, purchase, marketing


Requirements:

1. Education
-Minimum a bachelor's degree in mechanical&electrical engineering (focus on vehicle design engineering)
2. Experience (type of)
-Minimum three years of work experience in HV charger development.
3. Specific knowledge/skills
-Good knowledge of HV charger and power distribution technology
-Good HV safety experience
-Good Data management skills
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Good written and spoken English
-Familiar with GB charge standard and principle
