(A)       SPECIFIC (60%)

1.    Ensure efficient operations of the clinic in alignment with JIH’s strategic plans

2.    Develop and monitor key performance indicators for the department

3.    Ensure optimum utilization of clinic sessions and resources

4.    Ensure patient services are delivered in a pleasant and comfortable environment

5.    Lead frontline staff in achieving excellent service for patients

6.    Identify service discrepancies and work on process improvement

7.    Rectify service lapses and to develop alternative plans

8.    To be accountable for handling patient feedback and complaints with an understanding of the mechanics of the patient feedback channels, such that work processes can be improved.

9.    Design and set up new service initiatives and patient-centric work processes

10. Work closely with doctors and other support departments on issues relating to workflows and patient services.

11.  Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with patients and staff.

12. Collaborates with the Medical Director and nursing lead to ensure understanding and compliance with regulatory agency.

13.  Work with Medical Director to manage clinic’s costs and ensure appropriate utilization of resources to meet patient care needs.

14. Assist in planning and implementing an outcomes analytic in line with Jiahui's overall clinic performance outcomes initiatives.

15. Supervise management of clinic inventory, office supplies, medical supplies and maintenance on equipment

16. Assist in the preparation of capital and operational budgets.
Work with Medical Director to establish a yearly marketing budget and basic marketing plan.

17. Support departmental cost containment through management of labor costs and FTE’s.

18. Coordinate with procurement department for best value for products / equipment

19. Contribute to JIH’s strategic growth strategy by sustaining positive department outcomes.

20. Set future goals and objectives based on patient needs, and industry trends; accurately scope out impact, length and difficulty of future strategies; and clearly articulate strategic intent to gain support among management and employees.

21. Bring identified concerns from clinic staffs to Medical Director’s and nursing leaders’ attention promptly.

嘉会医疗（杨浦）目前设有全科、内科、外科、妇科、儿科、消化内科、口腔科、皮肤科、耳鼻咽喉科、中医康复科、医学影像科等多个科室，并增设CT、MRI等大型影像设备。我们的医师来自海内外知名医疗机构，拥有丰富的临床经验，并能使用多种语言。
