发展并执行HSE体系，在南京工厂改善并强化ZTP文化，确保运营和商务活动符合法律法规的要求。

    

Develop and implement SHE system, improvement and perfection the ZTP culture at Nanjing plant, ensure all compliance of operation and business.

工作职责 What You Will Do:

1、收集并执行国家及地方的HSE方针、法律法规及要求，监督并检查执行情况。

    

Collect and implement the state policies, decrees and regulations on HSE's area, supervise and check implementation.

    

2、组织规划并更新SHE程序，监督并检查执行情况。

    

Organize the formulation and update of SHE procedures, supervise and check their implementation.

    

3、组织对主要设备的安全检查，实施校验及纠正潜在的设备事故，完善设备防护措施。

    

Organize major inspection on equipment safety, implement rectification and correction measures for potential incident of equipment, and develop safety protection measures.

    

4、负责检修期间的安全管理，以及SHE培训组织及检查工作。

    

Be responsible for safety management during maintenance and SHE training.

    

5、负责各项劳动保护的制度的执行。                                                                   

    

Be responsible for implementation of regulations on labor protection articles.

    

6、参与工程设计审核，负责对“三同时”项目的接受和性能管理。

    

Organize the participation of engineering design review and completion acceptance and perform supervision on “three simultaneousness”.

    

8、熟悉并精通各项防火和气体防护的技术，监督并引导消防、气防保护设备的运行和维护。组织消防和气防培训。监督消防及气防设备的定期检查和测试。

    

Learn and master safety firefighting and gas protection techniques, supervise and guide the operation and maintenance of firefighting and gas protection facilities. Organize skill training on fire fighting and gas protection. Supervise firefighting and gas protection apparatus and inspect and test periodically the conditions of firefighting and gas protection facilities.

    

9、确认新产品引进流程，确保符合各项法律法规。

    

Review the new product relocation process and ensure the compliance.

    

10、安排特殊工种和岗位的职业卫生体检。

    

Properly arrange the occupational physical examination and physical examination for special jobs for Company employees.

    

11、负责各项环境保护及职业卫生保护的各项检测，减少职业毒性接触和有毒有害排放。

    

Be responsible for the monitoring and management of harmful industrial factors, to reduce occupational toxicity and urge the implementation of measures against dust and toxic materials.

    

12、协助生产部门从事技术革新及综合利用，推进清洁生产降低“三废”排放。

    

Assist the process personnel in the environment protection technical transformation and comprehensive utilization, actively carry on clean production and reduce the release of “three wastes”.

    

13、负责ISO14001和OHSAS18000系统的实施。

    

Be responsible for the implementation of 14001 and OHSAS 18000 system.

    

14、负责事故调查及各项审核发现项整改跟踪。

    

Be responsible for the incident investigation and tracking all finding.

    

15. 负责与政府SHE相关部门的沟通。

    

Be responsible for communication for Gov SHE department.

任职要求 Minimum Qualifications:

1、至少5年的化工行业SHE经理岗位经验，熟悉江苏省的政策、法规者优先。

    

Over 5 years chemical company SHE manager experiences. Familiar with laws and regulations of Jiangsu province will be preferred.

    

3、有注册安全工程师证书。

    

It's better gets the certificate of "Certified Safety Engineers (CSE)".

    

4、本科毕业, 化工或化学工程专业

    

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

    

5、大学英语4级及以上，具有英语交流沟通能力；

    

CET4 or above, Fluent Spoken English listening skills.
