Responsibilities 职责：
1.Answer and transfer phone calls, take message when necessary.
接听转接来电，根据要求记录留言
2.Deal with deliveries
处理往来快递
3.Receive guests and visits
接待来访
4.Assist other HR and Admin documentation job
协助其他人事行政相关的文档工作

Requirements 要求：
1.Fluent in Mandarin & with warm smile.
普通话流利，笑容温馨；
2.Reception experience, agile, able to deal with emergencies
掌握良好的礼仪知识和接待工作经验，头脑灵活、反应敏捷，能够灵活处理工作中的突发事件；
3.Careful, precise, conscientious
认真，细致，严谨；
4.Can use English to transfer phone calls and receive guests

能够用英文转接电话，接待访客；

5.Can understand Shanghai Dialect
能够听懂上海方言。
