Job Description:
? Coordinate implementation process of training activities, including training enrollment, venue set-up, material preparation, training attendance, training evaluation, etc
? Act as the owner of Learning Management System for training records tracking & documents management
? Responsible for data collection, analysis and prepare internal reports
? Manage training facility & assets
? Coordinate with outsourcing training vendors for external training implementation
? Responsible for providing other support to training management


Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Good command of English, CET-4 is a must
3. Detail-oriented
