Duties and Functions:
For all types of China tax, including but not limited to: Corporate Income Tax, Business Tax, Value Added Tax, Payroll Tax and related accounting. Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet monthly, quarterly and annual tax deadlines
?Manage all tax filings
?Communicate with tax officers as required and/or needed.
?Manage all tax audits
?Maintain all tax payments and forecasts
?Maintain hard copy files and archive of historical tax records.
?Maintain accruals on both management accounts and statutory accounts
?Maintain any required tax reserve analysis and true-up as required.
?Coordinate and communicate with other members of Marvell Tax Group
?Coordinate and communicate with other members of Marvell Finance group
?Coordinate and communicate with HR for tax compliance as an employer
?Coordinate and communicate with third party service providers
?Coordinate and communicate with other groups in Marvell for new China entity establishment
?Research and investigate any tax and/or jurisdiction incentive, and act promptly
?Special projects/research as needed, including assist with Treasury functions
?Manage quarterly filings and be the primary contact for ongoing approvals by SAFE of all stock transactions
?Oversee reporting of income and taxation for all employee stock related transactions, including the distribution of dividends
?Develop strong relationship with SAFE to facilitate approvals for newly proposed transactions
?Coordinate with bank and SAFE the timely conversion and settlements of RMB and USD

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Masters Degree in Business or Accounting - preferred

Experience:
5 or more years of experience in industry and/or public accounting.

Skills: Windows 2007 (excel, word, power point)
Oracle and/or SAP
Fluent in English as well as Chinese
