Job Description

1. Training and Coaching in the content fields of BES
2. Support and lead forward BES implementation in China
3. Setup and maintenance of BES Expert- / and BES Leaders networks in China
4. Conduct PE-Trainings in China: PE00x, PE00x@SW, PE-SYSx...
5. Co- and/or lead training in the Leadership Focus Group(LFG) program
6. Be Praxis Coach in Leadership Focus Group program
7. Maintain/support organization of Design for Reliability (DfR) trainings which need such support (e.g. ZUV00x, CRrelated
trainings...)
8. Setup and establish new trainings developed from headquarters into region China
9. Lead innovation activities

Qualifications

1. Leadership experience in 1st management level in area of engineering/systems engineering
2. Cooperation experience with SW-related areas/SW-intensive products
3. Well familiar with BES(Bosch Product Engineering System)
4. Experience in moderation of large groups; experience in presenting to larger groups. Pro-active open personality
5. Motivation to act as trainer and coach to develop perple
6. Deep and broad experience profile(T-shape) in Engineering: Depth in Engineering area, breadth in Systems,
Reliability (DfR), Software...
7. Precondition trainings participated: PE00x, PE00x@SW, optional: PE-SYSx...
8. Qualification as moderator, mindset for Coaching style of working
9. Helpful: know-how with regards to Six Sigma, TQM, Applied Statistics
10. Intercultural adaptation ability to working in China with predominantly Chinese participants
11. Fluent English spoken & in writing
