岗位职责：

1.充分分析客户职位需求，制定人才寻访计划；

2.运用各种招聘渠道，针对目标公司定向深挖，推荐合适候选人并跟进完整招聘流程；

3.拓展目标行业人脉圈，与客户及候选人建立良好关系；

4.关注医药行业发展动向，了解企业战略和人力资源规划；

5.完成公司要求的各项业绩指标。

任职条件：

1.有至少3年医药相关行业的猎头经验，拥有一定人脉及资源；

2.本科及以上学历，英语读写流利，经验丰富者可放宽条件；

3.敢于挑战自我，能够承受较强的工作压力；

4.积极热情，精力充沛，有团队合作精神；
