2.跟踪、处理客户反馈信息，维护客户关系，提升客户满意度

  

任职要求：

  

1.专科及以上学历，应届生或有相关经验者优先

  

2.熟练操作MS-Office办公软件

  

3.口齿清晰，声音甜美，普通话标准

  

4.沟通能力强、思维严密、语言表达能力良好

  

5.沉稳自信，反应敏捷，应变能力强，有良好的心理素质

  

6.工作主动，有客服意识
