工作内容： 

1、了解客户企业招聘需求，根据市场趋势等各种因素评估招聘项目的可行性；

2、根据客户需求制定招聘方案，管理项目预算，并分配项目任务；

3、跟进招聘项目整体流程，及时解决项目中遇到的问题，把控项目交付的速度与质量；

4、总结招聘项目，梳理实用案例并反馈；

5、保持与客户企业的良好沟通，及时反馈客户需求变动，提升客户满意度；

任职要求： 

1、统招大专及以上学历；

2、3年以上招聘经验，猎头/RPO/外包行业优先；

3、有一定线下招聘的人员供给渠道，有团队管理经验者为佳；

4、工作积极主动，有较强的自驱力及抗压能力；

5、优秀的团队合作意识，目标感强；
